Conceptainer is currently formulating a five year charter which will see dedicated staff members gaining ownership in Conceptainer.

This will be facilitated through the Conceptainer share incentive trust which will attain a minimum of 51% shareholding in Conceptainer (Pty) Ltd by 2012.
